EnvaTicket features a multi-tiered notification system tailored for admins, department leads, and agents:

• Global Slack Webhook: Send team alerts for incoming Envato sales, product updates, and emergency ops notices to a centralized Slack channel.
• Global Discord Webhook: Send real-time updates directly to a Discord server.
• Per-Agent Slack Webhooks: Agents can enter their unique Slack webhook under their user profiles. This enables direct messaging alerts for ticket assignments, updates to snoozed tickets, and customer replies.
• Notification Preferences: Fine-grain checkboxes to toggle alerts for ticket creations, customer replies, assignments, and status modifications.
