Configuring AI Suggested Replies

EnvaTicket integrates AI models to help agents draft responses quickly. Settings are located in Settings → AI Reply Settings:

• Enable AI Reply: Toggles the AI panel inside the ticket view detail page.
• AI Providers: Select between OpenAI, DeepSeek, or any custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
• API Key & Model: Configure your API credentials and the model identifier (e.g., gpt-4o-mini or deepseek-chat).
• System Instructions: Define a custom system prompt to specify tone (e.g., polite and professional), support guidelines, formatting preferences, and return instructions.
