Processing Buyer Refund Requests

Manage refund requests synced from Envato under Admin Panel → Refund Requests:

• Evidence Compiler: The system compiles purchase code histories, ticket conversations, licensing records, and buyer behavior logs using the RefundEvidenceService.
• Action Panel: Approve or decline requests directly in the dashboard, adding private admin notes. You can also copy drafted declination messages to paste into your Envato Author Dashboard.
